Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of US$5 per order and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders US$25+.

Where do you ship from and to?

We produce, pack, and ship all our products from Hong Kong. We ship worldwide.

How long does it take to ship an order?

We are able to pick, pack, and ship your item within 1 - 2 working days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

How long does it take to arrive?

In general, packages will arrive between 5 - 10 working days to most destinations. Sometimes during peak seasons, like Christmas, packages can take a little longer. Packages will be delivered by your country's postal service.

Packages sent within Hong Kong will arrive in 1 - 2 days via SF Express.

What about tracking?

All packages are sent with tracking numbers that can be tracked online. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email.

What about VAT or import tax?

Most destinations will not charge any import tax or VAT. However, if you are in the EU, due to changes in EU VAT laws in 2021, your package may be subject to VAT.
