How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of US$5 per order and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders US$25 and over.

How long does it take to arrive?

In general, packages will arrive between 5 - 10 working days to most destinations. Sometimes during peak seasons, like Christmas, packages can take a little longer.

Normally, orders are processed, pick and packed the same or next working day from when the order is placed

What about tracking?

All packages are sent with tracking numbers that can be tracked online. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email.

What about VAT or import tax?

Most destinations will not charge any import tax or VAT. However, if you are in the EU, due to changes in EU VAT laws in 2021, your package may be subject to VAT.
